Seal and Test

= 1 O-ring Percover

Zurn = 4 3/8"x 1 1/4" boltsWatts = 3 5/16x1 1/2" boltsSmith = 3 5/16 x 1 1/4" bolts

Zurn = 4 3/8" washersWatts = 3 5/16 washersSmith = 3 5/16 washers

1. Remove from package and check to be sure you have allthe parts needed. Count out o-rings, bolts and washers See drawing #1

2. Ensure the o-ring is secure in the indicated groove for awater tight seal.

3. Place the bolts and washers through the holes in the cover. See drawing #2

4. Securely line the bolt holes up with on the cover and thedrain. Ensure that your O-ring is seated properly.

5. Tighten the bolts to 40lbs of torque
