This volt age can be used to monitor, dis playand record mud flow in for ma tion.
The Mud Flow Sensor has sealed oil impregnatedbushings for reliable operation, an adjustable paddlearm for fitting to various sizes of flow lines, and iscertified for use in Class I Goups B,C &D; Class IIGroups E,F and G Locations.
Mud Flow Sen sor - 97TA0006 (4 -20 MA Out put) The 97TA0006 Mud Flow Sen sor is a pad dle type
sen sor that moni tors mud flow through the re turn line.The sen sor is mounted on the re turn line with thepad dle ex tend ing into the mud flow. De flected by theforce of the mud flow, the pad dle uses a Hall Effectsensor with a variable target to produce a 4 to 20 MAanalog output that is pro por tional in am pli tude to thepo si tion of the pad dle. This current output can be used to to monitor, dis play and record mud flow in for ma tion.
The Mud Flow Sensor has sealed oil impregnatedbushings for reliable operation, an adjustable paddlearm for fitting to various sizes of flow lines and iscertified intrinsically safe as a Group II, Catagory 1GProtection class EEX ia IIC T6 device according to EN50020 KEMA 03 ATEX 1122 X.
