TO=#: ( )ew years ago one o) my c%ient came back )rom a horse
ride in the woods with a mu%tip%e )ractures o) the wrist. His best

water years ago$ % have never tried it on snow. % reali0ed thatcon)ering the slo!es introdced a new set of fears for me. %t hadbeen a long time$ a good 3 years since the birth of my elder girl$ inventring beyond the gym.
These were the fears that % identified4Fear of falling. Fear ofheights. Fear that signing on for extra classes wol! "ean ta#ing

Fear of crashing into anyone in "y $ath !own the slo$e.Fear con%re! o&er the thoght of not being able to a&oi! a tree onthe s#i slo$es in 'a$an((% felt hel!less each time when % fell down$ as it meant that % neededassistance from the coach.
