Materials needed: -plain black t-shirt-dark leather

jacket-dark cargo pants

-black boots-bow and arrow

Lastly, braid your hair to the side and you have a completed Katniss Everdeen look.

DIY homemade costumes prove to be unique and simple way to impress

Halloween party goers without breaking the bank

T a k e any brown

or tan cloth and cut into a poncho

or a dress. Around the edge of the fabric cut fringes. Check craft stores for tribal de-signs and feathers. Glue the feath-ers in any pattern onto the head-band to create a headdress. Pair moccasins with the outfi t to unify the costume.
