- Skipping 3x 1min 5x 2min
- Sit-ups 2x 20 3x 30
- Press-ups 2x 20 3x 30
- Back lift 2x 20 3x 30
- Burpies 2x 20 3x 30
- Short sprints 5x 20m 10x 30m
ALL levels: PUNCHING & KICKING —each technique 10-20x at target KATA - each kata you know 1-2x

Most grading candidates will now have received an application form. A few of you may still be under con-sideration and others will continue preparing for their next grading in June or Dec 2018 If you have been invited to grade, please return your application form and payment asap. A time guideline for grading will be displayed on the notice board soon
Reminder: ALL subs (including Dec subs) must be paid up to date before grading can take place
