What is BRTA?Business Responds to AIDS (BRTA) is a free public-private partnership initiative of the Centers for Disease Control andPrevention (CDC) that supports small, medium and large-size businesses with tailored resources and tools of e�ectiveworkplace programs and human resource (HR) policies to reduce stigma and prevent discrimination against employees livingwith HIV. In partnership with the private sector, BRTA seeks to increase HIV awareness among the nation’s workforce,strengthen workplace-based testing, prevention and treatment services, and elevate corporate social responsibility focusingon domestic HIV e�orts.
