God is at work through HHN
Shawn and Sahar
Shawn and Sahar's faith in Christ produced fruits. Once they settled in the USA they started to reach out to the Iranian community in Houston. They are active in the ministry of HHN. Sahar now helps lead the worship services and the women's ministry. Shawn and Sahar have started a discipleship group for former Muslims on Saturdays.
Mirna
Mirna was born and raised Christian in Iraq. She suffered persecution for her faith. Two
years ago, Mirna emigrated to the USA. HHN was able to help her adjust to her new life in Houston. She found a job, and was
overjoyed to find fellowship with other families from her culture at HHN. She has adjusted to the group and has decided to
study the Bible.
God’s Blessings Siavash, Ferial, and Pyman
This family was born and raised in Iran as Muslims, but never felt that they were truly connected to Islam. At HHN they learned that “Jesus loved us even though we are sinners.” After instruction and study in the Christian faith, they were baptized in a ceremony at HHN in October 2015.
