To the confidence of the customers of HDFC Bank in using these services.
To study the popularity of the Net banking service among the customers of HDFC Bank
LIMITATIONS OF THE PROJECT
The following are the limitation of the project:-
Some people are not interested in the survey and don’t want to answer the questions.
People coming to the bank don’t want to have a net banking account either due to lack of knowledge or the fear of being hacked.
