Eating Right Every DayWe learned: There is a relationship between good nutrition and
health. Grains have carbohydrates which give us lots of
energy. Vegetables have vitamin A and help us to see better. Fruit has vitamin C and helps our bruises and cuts
heal. Milk/Dairy has calcium that helps build strong bones
and teeth. Meat gives us protein and helps us to have strong
muscles. We shouldn’t eat a lot of oils, sugar and fat.
