PTCC_CJ, PTCC_CJ1, PTCC_CJ2, PTG1_1, PTG1_2, PTG1_3, RES_PB and

- Changed all diagnostic L3DIAG_xxx signals to alarms (ITR# 1247383673)
- Created common block with OR'ed TCEA1(2)(3)_ONLINE alarms for both

-Multiplication by 10000 for the exciter analog feedback signals inside the
MKVe_system module library no longer required. OUT_SCALE & SIG_SCALE

corresponding scalar needs to be added in the application code.

SERVO OUTPUT CALIBRATION - ENABLE LOGIC: This sequencing is related to the servo valve calibration logic. This logic was contained in the BBL OP_System in the SEQ_TRB1.SRC file in Mark* V. Similar MOVE_ blocks are present for all 12 possible servos. Not all servos are typically
used. To enable autocalibration of a given regulator, force the corresponding L3ADJ# logic true. See MVRA or MVRF (optional) card(s) Variables tab to CaliEnab#, determine which L3ADJ logic enables an particular output. L3ADJ9 thru 12 are located on the optional MVRF card.
