Introduction / PurposeTo effectively manage and guide the future urban/suburban development of southern Sarpy County … that can be served by a multi-jurisdictional sanitary sewer system.

Urban Reserve Zone

Urban Development Zone
The Urban Reserve Zone is intended to limit growth in areas that are not currently served with sanitary sewer and other public utilities but that can be served in the future.
The Urban Development Zone is intended to provide opportunity for immediate investment and development. These are the areas that are best able to support urban and suburban-scale densities with corresponding infrastructure extensions.
