SAMIL hosts Grand Anniversary Special Bidding Event at Shriram Automall Raipur
Raipur, 25 February, 2015: Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL) conducted a special bidding event at its Raipur Automall, which has successfully completed a year of physical bidding with its customers. The Automall displayed more than 100 pre-owned vehicles, including 2 wheelers, cars & SUVs, tractors, trucks, construction equipment and
many more. Around 300 customers participated in the bidding event and contributed to the maximum disposal of inventory. Mr. Sameer Malhotra (CEO of SAMIL) stated “Shriram Automall Raipur began its journey last year with an aim to eradicate unfair trade practices within the region. In a short span of time, the Automall has got associated with over 3000 customers through regular physical bidding events”. The Raipur Automall was inaugurated by Mr. Umesh G Revankar (MD of STFC) along with Mr. Sameer Malhotra (CEO of SAMIL). Spread across 4.3 acres of land, it was launched to serve one-stop platform to the people of Raipur for acquiring and disposing different types of pre-owned commercial vehicles, construction equipment, tractors, cars & SUVs, three-wheelers and two-wheelers. Within a year, it has conducted around 50 physical bidding events and disposed over 1500 pre-owned vehicles and equipment. For its customers seeking information on pre-owned vehicles from different locations of India, the Automall is equipped with a one stop classified kiosk. It’s a virtual box, containing information on more than 20,000 vehicles and equipment, available for disposal. Repair facility is also provided through NewLook Refurbishment. While making the bidding event special, the Automall felicitated its prime customers with gifts. A lucky draw brought fortune for three customers. Moreover, a health check up camp was also organised at the event. In near future, Shriram Automall Raipur is all set to bring new reforms in the business of pre-owned vehicles and equipment.
