Glion Institute of Higher Education (GIHE) is a private Swiss Institution
active in education in the fields of Hospitality, Tourism, Event, Sport and
Entertainment Management.
Ranked by industry hiring managers among the top 3 hospitality

survey, UK, 2007), GIHE offers to its international student body of over 90
nationalities an extensive education that combines craft-based learning

Location
GIHE is comprised of 2 campuses. Located above the tourist resort of
Montreux, Glion campus offers the most breathtaking view of Lake Geneva
and the French and Swiss Alps. Its friendly and intimate atmosphere caters
to a healthy and modern lifestyle and is the starting point to all
undergraduate programs. The second campus is situated in Bulle, in the
heart of the famous region of Gruyère. The university style environment of
Bulle campus has been conceived for advanced studies.
Accreditation & programs
Accredited at university level by the New England Association of Schools
and Colleges (USA), GIHE offers a wide range studies from 1 year up to 3
½ years of studies including Diploma, Associate and Bachelor Degrees,
Postgraduate studies as well as a MBA and a Master of Education.
Our career placement office offers an invaluable support to our students by
inviting each semester over 40 international hotel chains, hospitality and
tourism, sport and leisure companies or organizations to interview and
recruit graduating students.
