2019 Comprehensive
Training Schedule
Welcome to Gardiner Academy. The central part of our Mission, which hasn’t changed in over 3 decades, is “long-term mutually beneficial business relationships.” To achieve that Mission, we work closely with our clients to help them solve the challenges they face every day in their facilities or on jobsites.
An increasingly bigger challenge for our entire industry, especially in Northern Ohio, is finding and developing talent. How do we recruit talented people into our industry and give them the knowledge and tools to have a long, rewarding career?
With our investment in renovating our facilities last year and adding both training space and resources, we’re continuing to develop our curriculum and the types of training we offer. The GARDINER Academy & our Training & Technology Center is just the next step in our continuing work toward our Mission.
Each course is designed and taught by highly trained and experienced instructors around specific objectives based on industry needs. Our professionally-developed curricula includes training on Daikin VRV systems, as well as a variety of applied and unitary commercial products and broader technical topics.
Whether you’re just starting your career in the industry, or if you’re an experienced engineer, technician or building operator who wants to further develop your knowledge and skills, GARDINER Academy has a course to help you achieve your learning objectives.
We have always been committed to not only housing the best building resources in the market, but sharing them through an extensive training and seminar program. We like to think that the work we’ve done in that realm since 1962 has been good for us, our clients, and the local industry.
Todd BarnhartPresident, Gardiner
Since 1962, GARDINER has focused on establishing a strong local presence. As a local factory
authorized representative of Daikin, our team of experts serve commercial, industrial and
