site of the abbey of Grimbergen, undoubtedly one of the

most beautiful abbeys in Europe and a precious pearl of our

heritage.

The decor is a brilliant backdrop to all the important events

in your life.

Work and leisure meet here in an oasis of greenery, peace

and quiet.

Our strengths? Flexibility, personal reception, large and free

parking space, a wonderful location, easy accessibility and a

treat for each and every individual.

There is a coffee break, business lunch or menu to suit

everyone’s taste and budget. A team of experienced chefs

will serve you Belgian-French food, although regional

products are most certainly neither forgotten nor ignored.

Besides the brasserie, we also have 3 halls that are ideal for

holding meetings, seminars, banquets and receptions.

After meetings and conferences you can actively continue

networking in our cosy lounge with its open fireplace or,

weather permitting, on our lovely terrace.

& CONDITIONSChanging and Cancelling

The following rules are applied regarding any change and cancellation:

25% of the price quoted is charged between 2 and 4 days before the day on which the event is scheduled; 50% of the price quoted is charged between 1 and 2 days before the day on which the event is scheduled; all costs are charged in full within 1 day (24 hours) before the day on which the event is scheduled.

If you (partly or fully) cancel the assignment for your banquet or group booking and we incurred additional costs over and above those referred to above, such as rental for equipment, you shall be charged for these if we are unable to cancel such arrangements free of charge and/or in good time.

Damage:

Customers, guests and those accompanying them are jointly and severally liable for any damage that is and/or shall be caused to the catering trade and/or any third party, either directly or indirectly pursuant to a breach of contract (attributable failure) and/or unlawful act, including contravention of the in-house rules, by customers and/or guests and/or those who accompany them, and for any damage caused by any animal and/or any substances and/or any object of which they are holders or for which they are responsible because it is under their supervision.
