DEATH TO LIFE
Luke 23:44-46 (NIV) 44 It was now about the sixth hour, and
darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour, 45 for the sun stopped
shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. 46 Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit
my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last.

trouble….”

with fire.”
Luke 24:1-6 (NIV) 1 On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices
they had prepared and went to the tomb. 2
They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning
stood beside them. 5 In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, "Why do you look for the living among the dead? 6 He
is not here; ….
John 3:3 (NIV) 3 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you
the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."
2. Keep walking

of the shadow of death".

own great power so that you will not give up when troubles come, but you
will be patient.
3. Believe God is with you
Isaiah 43:2 (NIV) 2 When you pass through the
waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through
the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you
will not be burned; the flames will not set you
ablaze.
Psalm 23
David said, "For You are with me.”
4. Look for God’s goodness
Psalm 23:5 (NIV) 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my
enemies.
