- The dies are designed for use with our 40t press.- Dies with 32 and 40mm are commonly used in XRF and XRD analysis.- Fluxana can also produce dies with diameters between 8 and 51mm.- Equipped with nitrile O-ring seals and 2 pellets to press the sample between.- Halide disks are usually produced with 13mm sized dies.
Pellet Film:- The use of the pellet�lm protect your die.- It avoids sticking of your sample on the pellets of the die.- Also the pellet�lm avoids extra cleaning of the die and any contamination of your sample.- It allows also to press polymers using a standard die and press.
Professional Cups:The sample cups of FLUXANA are designed for use in XRF. All cups have been optimized and approved by our customers world wide.

Alu Cups:- Alu cups are used to stabilize your sample from 2 sides. - However for a succesful use the sample must show at least some binding properties.- Alu cups taper wall 31mm x 7,9mm for 32mm pellets
