D E S C R I P T I O NThe Fiberglass Rigid Cell is an extended surface, medium tohigh efficiency filter. Its lofted ultra fine fiberglass media provides excellent dust holding capa-city and coupled withits rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particleunloading downstream of the filter.

A galvanized steel frame, diagonal support bracing, moistureresistant media contour stabilizers and metal media supportgrid enhance the durability of this filter. This durability eliminates media oscillation and media pull-away. The mediaof this filter is adhesively bonded to all four sides of theframe to eliminate air by-pass. The Aerostar RF is available inASHRAE 40-45%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% efficiencies.

A P P L I C AT I O N SThe Aerostar RF can be used in place of many high efficiencystyle filters. This filter may be used in spaces requiring 6" or12" filters and is suitable for use in most commercial andindustrial HVAC systems. This filter can upgrade your currentsystem by providing exceptional filter integrity and consistent performance.

The Rigid Cell can be used as a pre-filter for higher efficiencyproducts or a final filter in HVAC systems that require a high level of efficiency and cleanliness. It is designed forease of installation in either side access systems or built-up banks. It is available in traditional box style or single header versions.
