Foodservice and Hospitality Career Pathway◦ Grade 9-Culinary Arts Wheel◦ Grade 10-Intro and Advanced Culinary Arts◦ Grade 11- Either Restaurant Level I or Baking & Pastry Arts◦ Grade 12- Either Restaurant Level II or Decorating Arts
◦ Catering Production and Bakery Production are also elective choices
The high school is located in Citrus Heights, a suburb of Sacramento
The school population has 700 students in grades 9-12
Two 100 percent affiliated chapters with a total of approximately 150 students and three instructors
