New Year, New You - Transformation Competition
• Initial and last weigh in done at Fitness Center
• Following weekly weigh-ins at sessions and additional times at Fitness Center
• Individual results will be emailed weeklyBMI chart available at AWLR website
• Any participant missing more than 2 weigh-ins will be disqualified
• Use of Fitness & Wellness Center during the entire 8 week program (2/4-3/30)*Orientation required
• An one-on-one with a dietary intern – during intern weeks (meal plan included)
• Weekly informative sessions
What is included?
Sessions, including those with the personal trainer and dietician, are provided for the benefit of the participant.
Sessions designed to help you succeed.
Session attendance = .4%, based on weight at weigh-in for the week.
• Participants that arrive 10-20 minutes late will receive ½ credit; those arriving more than 20 minutes late will not receive any credit.

• A < = 5 minute weekly check in one-on-one with Lauren to discuss progress (Tuesdays or Fridays)
• A personal trainer Michael Washington Individual consult or “Introduction to circuit training”
