ACCOMPLISHMENTCommunity leaders gathered at the World’s Only Corn Palace for the annual Chamber, Development Corporation, CVB and Mitchell Main Street & Beyond recognition night. Attendees embraced the spirit of the luau theme with Hawaiian attire and beach bags and boxes. Those honored at the event are: Patzer Woodworking, Prairie Family Business Mitchell Business of the Year Award; Mitchell Baseball Association, Convention Visitors Bureau Tourism Excellence Award; Melissa Schwalm, Main Street Champion Award; and the Dakota Wesleyan student body, Community Service Award.
