108912) Rio Budgam, Tehsil Beerwah, District Budgam, as Follower, in the Pay Band of Rs. 4440-7440 with the Grade Pay of Rs. 13001- in J&K Armed Police in relaxation of prescribed qualificationin terms of Rule-7 under SRO-43 of 1994.
The appointee shall report to the Director General of Police J&K, within a period of 21days from the date of issuance of this order and shall be allowed to join only after production of thefollowing documentsl certificates in original:-
\_ Academic Qualification certificate.2- Age and Health Certificate.3- State Subject Certificate.4- Certificate from the General Managers, DIC concerned and Deputy Director, Employment
concerned to the effect that no Loan under Self Employment Schemes has been taken by him.
If, on verification, the certificates produced by the appointee are proved fake or forged,the appointment shall be treated to have been cancelled ab-initio.
The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him unless satisfactoryreport about the verification of his Character and Antecedents is received from the Inspector Generalof Police, CID, J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the APHQ. He shall furnish an affidavitto the effect that in case any adverse report about his Character and Antecedents is received from theIGP, CID, J&K, he shall have no right to claim the appointment and his appointment as Follower inJ&K Armed Police shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab- initio.
