CNC – Profile CuttingAll metal-cutting manufacturing is done on ultra-modern CNC machining centers.
We put precision saws, automatic saws, profile and end milling machines and other
special equipment at your disposal. As a result, ALUMERO is well positioned to deliver
flexible and efficient manufacturing services and can easily satisfy even the most
stringent finishing and processing requirements.
FinishingExpertly finished surfaces provide perfect protection
both indoors and outside, thus ensuring durability and
customer satisfaction.
Anodizing, coating, brushing, polishing, chrome-
plating, burnishing, barrel finishing, etc.
CNC – Profile Punching Technology Our “Edel Profilmatic” punch is a flexible, high-perfor-
mance punching center with linear advance for accurate
machining of profiles. The fully automated positioning
system processes pipes and rods with a cutting pressure
of 500 kN. By using excenter and hydraulic presses as
well as a multi-head punching machine we are able to
deliver products ranging from small batches to large
volumes at low prices.
Welding Technology, Assembly Group ManufacturingOur team of qualified professionals, led by a welding specialist, performs the most challenging
tasks at the highest level of quality. Depending upon your requirements, the following welding
processes are available: MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG, gas welding, brazing, stud welding, and plasma arc
welding and electropassivation. Our main focus is on the welding of aluminium and stainless
steel.
