The day-to-day management of your design software and workstations can sometimes get in the way of project delivery and key strategic initiatives. For instance working within the architectural, engineering and construction industry means it is likely that your business runs many design projects simultaneously. Each of these projects will have different requirements and depending on the nature of each project, different design software may need to be employed across them all.
It then becomes your internal or external IT team's responsibilty to ensure that all workstations being used for each project are equipped for the job eg making sure that there are enough software licences, that the hardware meets the requirements to run this software and then checking that the software is installed and verified across every machine. Not only is this very time-consuming, more often than not, the hardware you already have in place may not support the design applications you are required to use. This can then become expensive because you will potentially need to purchase new hardware.
In order to help our customers reduce their daily costs in both time and money, we created our "Design as a Service" package which combines all the hardware, software, services and financing you need into one simple monthly payment and includes:

This offering is based on a single price per seat per day over a three year period meaning that at the end of the term, you can either choose to keep your new hardware, hand it back to us, or renew for another 3 year period.
