Registering on WyoWeb Tutorial
Enter User Name & Password
NOTE: If you do not know your User Name and Password call the IT Help Desk at 766-HELP (4357) OR Select the “Get Your Username and Initial Password” option below the login box.
Select your Student Resources tab
NOTE: If you are an Outreach Student, please click here.
Click the Add or Drop Classes link
1. Select the appropriate Registration Term from the drop down box
2. Click Submit
Before registering for classes, you must choose to accept or decline the Student Health Insurance.
Click on the Health Insurance Coverage link
Choose ‘yes’ to purchase the Student Medical Insurance; choose ‘no’ to decline.
Your choice will be verified. Click the Registration Status link to continue.
1. Select the appropriate Registration Term from the drop down box
2. Click Submit
Click the UW Alert Cell Phone link to continue.
View and update your UW Alert Cell Phone Number here. You can choose to have your number unlisted, or to delete it completely.
Click Submit/Verify to continue.
Your information will be verified.
Click Registration Status to continue.
1. Select the appropriate Registration Term from the drop down box
2. Click Submit
If all items on this page have a checkmark beside them, you may go to Add or Drop Classes to proceed with registration.

1. Enter your 6-digit PERC number to access registration
2. Click Submit
NOTE: You get a new PERC# each semester from your adviser or the department of your major.If you are an Outreach Student, you will not need a PERC#.
1. Enter CRNs – one course per box
2. Click Submit Changes
NOTE: If you are registering for a course with multiple components (i.e. Laboratory, Lecture, Discussion, etc.)
you must insert all CRNs before submitting changes.
If you don’t know the course CRNs…
If a class is closed and you need to add yourself to the waitlist…
1. Select the Wait Listed option from the drop down box
2. Click Submit Changes
Note: Not all classes offer waitlists.

Select Class Search
In this screen, you can search for classes through various options…
Once you have made a search selection…
Click Class Search
The open box denotes openings in the class or on the waitlist.
The “C” indicates no openings in the class or on the waitlist.
Click on the open box of the class you wish to register for.
NOTE: If you are registering for a course with multiple components (i.e. Laboratory, Lecture, Discussion, etc.)
you must select all parts before continuing.
Click Register

Closed Section -> course listed has no remaining seats available Campus Restriction -> class is restricted to only main, Outreach, or UW/CC coded students Class Restriction -> must have specific class standing to register (i.e. FR, SO, JR, SR, GR, PH) Closed – Waitlisted -> course listed has no seats available but there is room on the waitlist College Restriction -> course restricted to a specific major or college CORQ -> must register for the two courses specified simultaneously DUPL CRSE -> already registered for a course with the same subject and course number (for
further information, please contact the department) Link Error: A1, A2, or A3 -> lecture section required; must register for lecture, laboratory,
and/or discussion sections simultaneously Link Error: D1, D2, or D3 -> discussion section required; must register for lecture, laboratory,
and/or discussion sections simultaneously Link Error: L1, L2, or L3 -> laboratory section required; must register for lecture, laboratory,
and/or discussion sections simultaneously Level Restriction -> must have specific standing to register (i.e. Undergraduate, Graduate,
Professional) Maximum Hours Exceeded -> registering for the course will exceed the number of credits
allowable for that subject and course number Rpt Hrs Exceeded -> number of allowable repeated attempts of this course has been met Special Approval -> course requires permission from the instructor or department to enroll Time Conflict -> class meets or overlaps in time with a previously registered course
