Environmental management of goods and services realized in the
territory, related to: management of buildings and plants owned by the
municipality except ERP buildings, environmental emergencies of
competence, police, traffic and mobility management, planning, monitoring
and surveillance of the territory. Indirect management and control of public
works services assigned to third parties. Management and control of the
participation of ATESIR in the activities related to the water cycle, sewage
networks and waste management control services and activities entrusted to
third parties: public lighting, supply of electricity and gas, management of
sports facilities
