Is a chain of multi-operation establishment.(F&B, merchandising, lodging, seminar, consultation, etc.)
Organizes seminars, activities, programs.(most are profitable and involve lots of professionals)
Aligns businesses to maximize transfers.(technology transfer, knowledge transfer, capital transfer)
eHub...
Is built next to eminent high schools.(we recognize a bottom line where students can live and
learn productively in eHub)
Everything about eHub is
designated to steward and educate
students for their PRACTICAL SAKE
first, so mature they will be capable
to realize THEMSELVES global
issues and bring about CHANGES
by voluntarily tackling them head-on
or simply contributing to a HEALTHY
global ECONOMY without destroying
the environment.

ACTIVITIES &
METHODOLOGIES
First floor:
Food & Beverage + Merchandizing(baguette sandwich, tea, coffee, board games, etc.)
Two lines of beverage, each serves a distinctive
consuming purpose to get energized: e.g. Doppio
to get calmed: e.g. Calm Tea
Handheld game console PSP, iPhone, DS, etc.
(put a stop to Internet game spree by encouraging
gamers to switch to this healthier alternative, which
allows multiplayer gaming and ebook reading)

Being an employee at eHub means...
“I’m glad you served me the cup
of coffee that helped me survive
the exam this morning.”
...and much more.
Second floor:
Day lodging: for students, especially at noon
(cheap, for a productive study mood in the afternoon)
Night lodging: for travelers, backpackers, transients
(open from 7PM to 7AM, daytime lockout is insisted)
Provide a good sleep against a fair price without all
hassle and add-ons, though night lodging is much
more expensive than day lodging.
Third floor:
Sparking conversation campaign with thought-
provoking quote as takeaway or conversation topic,
printed on paper cup sleeve
The campaign can be a good sports and boundless
source of inspiration to students preparing to tackle
TOEFL, SAT or admission essay questions!
Food & Beverage: for people coming to host or
attend events on top four floors
(connect generations students and professionals)—
Forth floor:
Conventional rooms for holding conference,
workshop, seminar
Rooms are periodically used to host events
and for hire on vacancy.
These events would provide students with
knowledge to bring about changes for a
better future.
So what knowledge are students gonna learn about?
Environmentalism
Green/sustainable business
Cleantech
and associated subjects(policies, best-of-breed companies, etc.)
Green jobs
Fifth floor:
Study booths: a melting pot where students pay a
small fee to study or work on project with friend/tutor.
Advertisements, articles, and pictures are stuck all
over the walls. Popular and important ones find
themselves appear more often.
They act as both learning vehicle but also another
profit source.
Six floor:
Sixth floor is basically the same as the fifth, filled with
study booths. Moreover, it is the...
Headquarter of the mini think-tank, which siphons off
brightest faces among students (who have bought the
study booth service) to be knowledge workers.
These students are coached and supervised by an
advisory board.
A member of the mini think-tank should...
Work on projects/ideas, publish magazine.
(undergo a follow-up program first and progress under
the supervision of the advisory board)
Learn about and do research to improve every aspect
of eHub. (green building features, activities,
management methodologies, etc.)
Contests will determine individuals with ideas qualified
enough to present to companies/policymakers.
SO...
All these operations attribute to an...

Speaking of which, we
forgot something.
eHub also is a...
GREEN BUILDING
energy-efficient appliances
low-flow water fixtures
vegetated green rooftop
solar panels
bamboo flooring
low VOC emission
albedos
steel appliances
green seal certification
passive solar design
fenestration
thermal massing
solar tubes
double-glazing windows
passive stack ventilation
Don't worry! We just deploy only
accouterments that can be sourced locally!
Top floor:
A multipurpose garden with pitched roof, on
which...
Solar panel arrays are installed on the side due
south (in case of locations in most countries) to
generate the most possible amount of electricity.
Green roof is set up on the other side, which helps
insulate the building, and reduce cooling requirement.
Review
Do we apply the same things
to eHub anywhere?
...NO
Most details and activities/methodologies
associated with eHub described in
my paper are to be applied to
the first eHub in
VietnamBecause...
I am a Vietnamese.
I have lived in Vietnam for 18 years.
I know Vietnamese students need some extra dope.
It is a good start to adjust and extend eHub into the future.
FUTURE PROJECTS FOR THE FIRST EHUB IN VIETNAM
Parent campaign (educate parents to overlook students' personal
development, which also helps earn a parent-
backed customer base)
Tan Son Nhat Airport (turn it into something like a Long Beach Airport
in California with arrays of solar panel so eHub
can source solar energy locally)
The Virgo Talk (a talk show inviting affluent people who are free
of personal drive or interest to address
unproductive/unethical political/economic figures
in their community)

A

Only countries in ASIA, especially
EAST ASIA, need something like eHub.
And not all East Asian countries can
sustain eHub businesses.
First destinations should be Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippine, then India, Australia, UAE, then China, Korea, Japan .
Before a regional rollout, the eHub image
should be well managed and translated as
an INTERNATIONAL ENTITY. Because,
when eHub is expanded to a country
more developed than Vietnam, people
there might scoff at it as an OUR-LITTLE-
AND-POOR-NEIGHBOR-based company.
As long as people involved in theproject keep in mind a Virgo Way—to
do the right and turn down the bad—eHub would thrive.
