group payment policies & procedures
• Group minimum: 10 guests
• Accessible seating available in all price levels
• Payment schedule will be disclosed on group ticket orders
• Prices are inclusive of fees
Group minimum must be for the same performance date and time to qualify. Group orders must be returned with a signature within 48 hours of booking. Only the authorized group leader may make changes to group orders. You may add tickets past the final payment date (subject to availability) at any time before the show. We must receive any cancellation requests in writing. Prices and performance schedules are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. There are no refunds of deposits or final payments, and no exchanges on group orders. We cannot accept individual payments on group orders. No more than three payment installments per group. Reservations are based on availability at the time of booking. All prices/locations/dates may not be available.
