Policy #46: ACADEMIC STANDING Check it on RAMSS when you check your grades!!!
• CLEAR Maintain a C average i.e. CGPA of at least 2.00
• PROBATIONARY If CGPA goes below 2.00 you stay on probation with a new probation contract (limited course load) and mandatory seminar each term until you bring your CGPA back over 2.00
• REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW (RTW for 12 months) If your TGPA goes below 2.00 while on probation or if CGPA goes below 1.00 at any time.
• PERMANENT PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL If you are RTW for a second time or fail a mandatory program course 3 times.

graded? Email your professor to set up an appointment or visit him/her during office hours!
2. Be courteous & respectful. Avoid “Hey Prof!”
3. Missing a test due to illness or emergency? Email your professor BEFORE the test or ASAP. Provide documentation in a timely manner. (3 days!)
4. Deadline danger? Talk about it well in advance!
5. Problem with a professor? Talk to him/her.
6. Still unhappy? THEN speak to the Chair!
