TO SET THE DATE AND TIME:1. Pul l the crown out to the f i rs t c l ick posit ion.
2. Turn the crown so the date advances, andset it to yesterdays date.
3. When the hand in the small dial face at the leftreaches the zero position (points straight up),pull the crown out to the second click position.
4. Turn the crown so the minute and hour handsmove forward. Continue turning until the datedisplay changes to todays date, then continueuntil the current time is reached. (If the currenttime is PM, advance the hour hand past thenoon position before stopping on the current
time.) When sett ing the minute hand, advancethe hand to 5 minut es or more past the desiredtime, then turn it back to the desired time.
5. Press button (b) repeatedly to advance the alarmhands to the current time. Press and hold button(b) to advance the alarm hands rapidly.
6. Push the crown back in to the normal position.

SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
The crown can be pulled out to two click positions. The first position is for setting the currentdate and the alarm time. The second position is for setting the current time. When pulling thecrown out to the first or second click positions, pull it gently and slowly.

It is necessary to reset the date at the eFebruary and all months that have than 31 days.

TO RESET THE WATCH TIME AN D
SYNCHRONIZE THE ALARM :1. When the hand in the small dial face at the left
reaches the zero position (points straight up),pull the crown out to the second click position.

SYNCHRONIZING THE ALARM
The small lower dial face shows the alarm time setting. Before the alarm is used for the firsttime, it must be synchronized w ith t he current time. The instructions under SETTING THEDATE AND TIME will achieve this. If the main hands of the watch are reset to adjust for thecurrent time, the alarm hands must be synchronized again by doing the follow ing:

SETTING THE ALARM
When t he alarm is not set, the alarm hands show the current t im e to indicate the alarm is notactive. Sett ing the alarm hands to a specif ic t ime wi l l automatical ly activate the alarmfunction, and the alarm wil l sound at the set t ime. The alarm can be set to sound at only onedesignated t ime, w hich must be wit hin the fol low ing 12 hours.

WHEN USING THE ALARM, NOTETHE FOLLOW ING: The alarm can be set in one-minute increments. While the chronograph is active, the alarm has
a different sound. This is not a malfunction. When the three-year battery is running low,
the alarm will not sound, even if it isengaged. This is necessary to extend theremaining battery life. It is not a m alfunction.

USING THE CHRONOGRAPH
The long narrow hand on the main dial f ace is part of the chronograph. It advances at intervalsof 1/5 second. The small upper dial face is also part of the chronograph. It measures elapsedtime in minutes for up to one full hour. After one hour, it starts counting again from zero.
WHEN USING THE CHRONOGRAPH,NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

TO ADJ UST THE POSI TIONS OF THECHRONOGRAPH HANDS:
1. Pull the crown out to the second click position.2. Press and hold button (a) for tw o seconds.
The chronograph minute hand will advanceone full rotation to indicate that it can nowbe adjusted. Press button (b) repeatedlyuntil the chronograph minute hand is set tozero (the 12-oclock position). Press and holdbutton (b) to advance the hand rapidly.

AADJUSTING THE CHRONOGRAPH HANDS
Under normal conditions, the chronograph minute hand and 1/5-second hand are reset to zero(the 12-oclock position) by using the watch buttons. In some instances, such as during the initialsetup of the w atch, it may be necessary to manually adjust t hese hands to the zero position.

Low battery indicator: When the battery is running low, the small second hand will move in tw o-second intervals. DETENER UNA ALARMA
Para detener el sonido de la alarma presione el botn (a) o el botn (b). Si no pulsa ningnbotn, la alarma se detendr automticamente al cabo de 20 segundos. Cuando termina desonar la alarma, las manecil las de la alarma vuelven a most rar la hora actual para sealar queest desactivada. Para evitar que suene una alarma programada:

CUANDO CANCELE UNA ALARMA TENGA EN

Si la alarma ha sido correctamente programada (taly como se describe ms arriba), al tirar de la coronahasta la segunda posicin provocar que lasmanecillas de la alarma avancen hasta detenerseen la posicin de la hora actual, lo que desactivarla alarma. En cualquier caso, el reloj se detienecuando la corona se encuentra en la segundaposicin, por lo que, para evitar tener que ajustarla hora de nuevo, se recomienda uti l izar elprocedimiento descrito anteriormente.

CONSERVACIN
EXPOSICIN AL AGUAAl estar regulado para ser hidrfobo hasta 10 bares (100 metros), el reloj puede llevarse duranteel bao, as como para nadar o practicar el buceo a pulmn en poca profundidad. POUR REGLER LA DATE ET LHEURE:1. Tirez le remontoir jusquau premier clic.
2. Tournez le remontoir et rglez la date sur celle dujou r p rc de nt .
3. Lorsque laiguille du petit cadran situ gaucheatteint la position zro (pointe dirige vers le haut),tirez le remontoir jusquau deuxime clic.
4. Faites tourner le remontoir jusqu ce que les aiguillesdes minutes et des heures avancent. Continuezjusqu ce que la date du jour soit aff iche dans lecadran puis jusqu ce que lheure en cours soitatteinte. (Si lheure en cours se situe dans laprs-midiou en soire, faites avancer laiguille des heuresjusqu passer li ndica tio n de mid i avant de lar rte r
sur lheure en cours.) Lorsque vous rglez les minutes,faites avancer laiguille de 5 minutes ou plus aprslheure dsire puis faites-la revenir lheure dsire.
5. Appuyez sur le bouton (b) de manire rpte pourfaire avancer les aiguilles de lalarme sur lheure encours. [Maintenez le bouton (b) enfonc pour faireavancer les aiguilles de lalarme plus rapidement.]
6. Repoussez le remontoir contre le botier.

REGLAGE DE LA DATE ET DE LHEURE
Le remontoir peut coulisser vers lextrieur sur deux positions diff rentes (reprables par un clic).La premire position permet le rglage de la date et de lalarme. La seconde permet de rglerlheure en cours. Lorsque vous faites coulisser le remontoir, veillez le mani puler avec dlicatesse.

SYNCHRONISATION DE LALARME
Le petit cadran infrieur indique le rglage de lheure dalarme. Avant dutiliser lalarme pourla premire fois, celle-ci doit tre synchronise avec lheure en cours. Pour ce faire, suivez lesinstructions figurant sous REGLAGE DE LA DATE ET DE LHEURE. Si les aiguilles principalesde la montre sont dplaces pour tre rgles sur lheure courante, les aiguilles de lalarmedoivent tre nouveau synchronises en procdant comme suit :

Lorsque lalarme retentit, appuyez sur le bouton aucun bouton, le son de lalarme sarrtera austoppe, les aiguilles de lalarme affichent dsactive. Pour empcher lalarme de retentir

2. Appuyez sur le bouton (b) et maintenez-le ejusqu ce que les aiguil les de l alarm e sarrtelheure en cours. (Si les aiguilles de lalarmsarrtent pas sur lheure en cours indique cadran principal, suivez les instructions figuran SYNCHRONISATION DE LALARM E.)

Lorsque le chronographe est actif, lalarme met unson diffrent. Il ne sagit pas dun dysfonctionnement.
Lorsque la p i le, dont l autonomie est de t ro is ans,commencera faiblir, lalarme ne retentira pas,mme si elle est active. Ceci permet daugmenterles rserves dnergie de la pile. Il ne sagit pasdun dysfonctionnement.
REGLAGE DE LALARME
Lorsque lalarme nest pas rgle, les aiguilles de lalarme affichent lheure en cours pour indiquer quelalarme nest pas acti ve. Rgler les aiguilles de l alarme sur une heure spcifique activera automati quementla fonction dalarme et lalarme retent ira lheure choisie. Lalarme ne peut tre programme que pourune seule heure dfinie, cette dernire devant tre situe dans les 12 heures suivantes.

UTILISATION DU CHRONOGRAPHE
La longue aiguille troite du cadran principal fait partie du chronographe. Elle avance parintervalles de 1/5me de seconde. Le petit cadran suprieur fait galement partie duchronographe. Il mesure le t emps coul en minut es jusqu une heure entire. Au-del duneheure, il recommence parti r de zro.
LORS DE LUTILISATION DUCHRONOGRAPHE, MERCI DE PRENDRE
EN COMPTE LES POINTS SUIVANTS: Avant dutiliser le chronographe, assurez-vous
que le remontoir est entirement repousscontre le botier et que les aiguilles duchronographe se trouvent sur la position zro.
Si les aiguilles du chronographe ne reviennentpas sur la position zro lorsque vousrinitialisez le chronographe en appuyant sur lebouton (b) selon les instructions ci-dessus,suivez la procdure figurant sous CALIBRAGEDES AIGUILLES DU CHRONOGRAPHE.

aiguilles du chronographe ne reviennent pla position zro lorsque vous utilisez les bode la montre.

3. Appuyez sur le bouton (a) et maintenez-le enfoncdurant deux secondes. Laiguille des 1/5mes deseconde du chronographe effectuera un tour complet

CALIBRAGE DES AIGUILLES DU CHRONOGRAPHE
En temps normal, laiguille des minutes du chronographe et laiguille des 1/5mes de secondepeuvent tre remises zro (indication de midi) laide des boutons de la montre. Danscertaines circonstances, comme par exemple le rglage initial de la montre, il peut savrerncessaire de calibrer manuellement ces aiguilles sur la positi on zro.

INTERRUZIONE DELLALLARME
Per interrompere la suoneria dellallarme, premete il pulsante (a) o il pulsante (b). Se non premetenessun pulsante, lallarme smetter automat icamente di suonare dopo 20 secondi. Dopo lint erruzionedella suoneria, le lancette continuano a indicare lora esatta per segnalare che lallarme statodisattivato. Per non far suonare un allarme impostato, eseguite le seguenti operazioni.
PER CANCELLARE UN ALLARME IMPOSTATO:1. Estratete la corona fino a farla scattare la prima volta.
2. Premete e mantenete premuto il pulsante (b)f ino al l ar resto del le lancet te del l a l larmesullora esatta (se le lancette dellallarme non siar restano sul l ora indicata dal l orologioprincipale, seguire le procedure illustrate allasezione SINCRONIZZAZIONE DELLALLARME).
3. Reinserite completamente la corona nella cassa.
QUANDO CANCELLATE UN ALLARME, RICORDATE: Lestrazione della corona f ino al secondo scatto
quando lallarme correttamente sincronizzato(come sopra illustrato) causa lavanzamento
delle lancette dellallarme e il loro arrestosullora esatta, con la conseguentedisatt ivazione dell allarme. La collocazione dellacorona in questa posizione pu tuttavia causarelarresto dellorologio: seguite comunque laprocedura sopra indicata perch evita il r ischiodi reimpostare lora esatta.

PRECAUZIONI
ESPOSIZIONE ALLACQUALorologio calibrato per rimanere perfett amente resistente all acqua fino a una pressione di 10bar (equivalente a una profondit di 100 metri). Potete indossarlo tranquillamente durante ibagni, il nuoto e le immersioni in acque poco profonde, ma non stato concepito perlimm ersione in profondit o la saturazione. Prima di esporre lorologio allumidit, assicurateviche la corona sia completamente inserita nella posizione normale (premetela nuovamente indirezione della cassa). Non estraete mai la corona ad orologio bagnato. Dopo ogni utilizzo inacqua marina, risciacquate con acqua dolce e asciugate perfettamente.

PARA AJ USTAR A DATA E HORA:1. Puxe a coroa para a primeira posio.
2. Gire a coroa para avanar a data e ajuste esta data
para o dia correspondente a ontem.3. Quando o ponteiro no pequeno mostrador
esquerda alcanar a posio zero (aponta para cima),puxe a coroa para fora para a segunda posio.
4. Gire a coroa para que os ponteiros de minutos ehora avancem. Continue a girar at que o di splay dadata mude para a data de hoje,e a seguir continueat que a hora atual seja alcanada. (Se a horaatual for PM , aps o meio-dia, avance o ponteiro dehoras alm da posio do meio-dia, antes de pararna hora atual). Ao ajustar o ponteiro de minutos,avance o ponteiro 5 ou mais minutos alm da hora
desejada, em seguida retorne-o para a horadesejada.

AJUSTAR DATA E HORA
Para o ajuste de data e hora a coroa pode ser puxada para fora em duas posies distintas. Aprimeira posio serve para ajustar a dat a e o alarm e. A segunda posio serve para ajustar ahora. Ao puxar a coroa para a primei ra ou segunda posio, puxe-a devagar e com cuidado.

O visor pequeno inferior exibe o ajuste do alarme. Antes que o alarme possa ser usado pelaprimeira vez, ele precisa estar sincronizado com a hora. Drcken Sie den Knopf (a) oder (b), um einen Wecker beim Luten abzustellen. Wenn keiner derbeiden Knpfe gedrckt w ird, schaltet sich der W ecker nach 20 Sekunden automatisch ab. W ennein W ecker nicht mehr lutet, geben die W eckerzeiger weit erhin die aktuelle Zeit an, um daraufhinzuweisen, dass der Wecker bereits ausgelst wurde. Wenn ein eingestellter Wecker nichtluten sollte, f hren Sie folgende Schritte durch:
UM DIE EINSTELLUNG EINES WECKERSRCKGNGIG ZU MACHEN:1. Ziehen Sie die Krone bis zur ersten Klickposition heraus.
2. Hal ten S ie den Knopf (b) gedrckt , b i s d ieWeckerzeiger bei der aktuellen Uhrzeit stehenbleiben.(Wenn die Weckerzeiger bei der aktuellen Zeit nichtstehenbleiben, die auf dem Hauptzifferblatt angezeigtwird, befolgen Sie die Anweisungen im Abschnitt"SYNCHRONISIERUNG DES W ECKERS")
3. Drcken Sie die Krone wieder in die normale Position hinein.
BEACHTEN SIE FOLGENDES, WENN SIEDIE EINSTELLUNG EINES WECKERSRCKGNGIG M ACHEN: Wenn der Wecker ordnungsgem synchronis ier t
wurde (wie oben beschrieben), rcken die Weckerzeigervor und bleiben bei der aktuellen Zeit stehen, wenn dieKrone bis zur zweiten Klickposition herausgezogen wird.Dadurch wird der W ecker deaktiviert. Der Chronographbleibt allerdings stehen, wenn die Krone sich in dieserPosition befindet.
