integrating the concepts of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.
POWER VINYASA Faster paced flowing yoga class to improve strength and
work up a sweat.
VINYASA YOGA Flowing yoga class to improve overall balance, strength,
flexibility and relaxation.
YOGA RESTORE Muscle recovery is key in this slow paced yoga class by
holding longer postures to stretch connective tissue.
PWR Small group training session using heart rate monitors
and display screen to track heart rate zones. This session
focuses on building strength, balance and power through
