นาไปพรอม กบแบบกอสรางยนทหนวยงานทองถนเพอขออนญาต

กอสรางตอไป ทงน เพอเปนการสรางความเชอมนใหกบลกคาทกทาน

Del Mare Bangsaray Beachfront project which

has now received official EIA approval would like

to ensure the customer that the foundation pile

driving is scheduled to start on May. We will

inform the customers about the project progress

via Website, Email and other channels later on.

Del Mare Bangsaray Beachfront Project operated by

APUS Development Group is pleased to inform all

customers that the project has now received official

EIA approval (Environmental Impact Assessment)

”EIA” or “EIA Approval” is still a hot issue in property

business because it’s huge obstacle for the project

developer.

Many condo projects already launched for sale are

requesting “EIA” and law permit due to long

considering process. The committees who are the

specialist in each branch attend the conference once

a week and they consider only 8 projects in each

conference. Especially, all operators in Thailand have

to request “EIA” in Bangkok. So there are many

projects that are not yet approved.

After the projects has been approved from the

committees, secretariat will send back the

certificate which the operators need to submit

the certificate and the project blueprint to local

organization in order to request the permit for

construction.
