CVAC Store & Christmas Order

You must be signed in to your CVAC account first, then select the Merchandise menu item from our main menu that runs across the top of the page.

From the drop down menu that appears select the CVAC Store menu item.


This brings you to the CVAC Store page, click on either the Christmas Order tab

Or the Christmas Order Icon


Which brings you to the Christmas Order page, scroll down to see all the items that are available.

You can also choose to view the products as a ListOr as a table

If there is a picture gallery, clicking on any of the images or the View detailed images link will bring up the gallery where you can view each image in the gallery


If you decide to order a product, pick your options & then click Add to Bag

You will see that an item has been added to the shopping bag. It works like any shopping cart where you can continue shopping, check your Shopping Bag, go to the checkout, etc at any time

If you want to order more items with the identical options just change the Qty – however, if you want a second item with different options (such as Name, colour in this case) change the options and click on Add More.

You can click Go to Checkout or Open the Shopping Bag at any time

From here you can change the options on items; increase the quantity; remove an item by changing the quantity to 0; empty the shopping bag, continue shopping or Checkout.


On the checkout page, select your payment method – currently there are two options – personal cheque or pay by Credit Card on our CVAC system.

Next, enter the email address that you want to receive notification from the Store

You do not need to click the sign in link nor create a password

Next, enter a billing address & click continue. Sorry, we couldn’t quite eliminate all the features that we are not using – so this has to be filled in.

And then hit continue

You can look over your order before clicking the Place Order button to actually submit it.

You will receive a confirmation email.

If paying by cheque please drop it off to Lesley Northrup or Larry Breau

If paying by CC from our website you will receive an email when an invoice item has been created for you to make your payment against.
