STERLING BPO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is a Business ProcessOutsourcing Company having collaborative businesspartnership with NOVEL TELECOM PTY LTD in AUSTRALIA,looking for dynamic individuals to join the rewarding team fortheir office at Katunayake/ Seeduwa.

You will be required to work 9 hour ’shift’ (with one hourbreak) from 4:00 am to 14.00 pm (in accordance withAustralian standard business time) in Sri Lankan time fromMonday to Friday.

You should have thefollowing essentialrequirements:

• Excellent written andverbal communication skillsin English.

• Computer, email andweb application skills.

• Practical Experience inCustomer Care Services willbe an added advantage.
