Turnaround periods the minimum weekly stop must be one and a half day .

Qualifications & At risk personnel
• The minimum requirements are.– Technical knowledge of that profession.
• At Risk Personnel– “At risk, language” : People who do not speak the local language– ”At risk, work experience”. People who do not have certification or has not been working
at least 6 month in that craft..• LANGUAGE AT RISK PERSONNEL:
– One member of each work group / unit must be fluent in the local language and must be present on the construction site all the time.
– These people will receive the site safety training in the French or German language. One member of the team will translate to the workers language.
– Note: The foreman must be able to communicate with all the group members
At risk personnel
• EXPERIENCE AT RISK PERSONNEL– This people will receive extra safety training (see training
section)– During the execution of the work these people must be
grouped with other workers having a broader work experience.
– The foremen will help & orientate the new employee and will, while working together, progressively communicate his / her job knowledge and experience.

• DOW personnel– 3 observations per day for the Project EH&S Leader– 3 observations per week for each contractor eh&s
technician done with the presence of the Project EH&S leader
– Data will be reviewed and used to qualify the contractor performance .

Contractor EH&S Evaluation
• The EH&S evaluation will be done according the following criteria:– Zero Tolerance– BBP Observation from Dow EH&S people.– Attendance to Meetings– Safety Leadership ( effectiveness and Time on the field)– Incidents and accidents Investigation– Work permit compliance– Access Documentation.
• The quarterly values will be presented to the Project Site Leadership Team and to the local SMAT. The SMAT will communicate the results to the contractor companies and ensure the good companies are rewarded and the ones with low performance are penalized.
