Trainings in Barcelona The seminars in Barcelona are international and therefore in English. Nevertheless, due to the small groups it is always possible to get individual help in German, Spanish, Catalan or one of the other languages of your training captain. If you have any doubts whether your English level is sufficient, please contact us. Conditions of participation for creamundivity´s open trainings

1. Scope of application These conditions of participation for open trainings (synonymously also called events, seminars, workshops) apply to the open trainings offered by creamundivity - Dr. Mareike Plueschke, Tillystraße 11, DE-85051 Ingolstadt, [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as "creamundivity"). Any general terms and conditions of the seminar participant shall not become part of the contract even if creamundivity does not expressly object to them.

2. Registration process After your registration by e-mail at [email protected] you will get a confirmation by e-mail that we received your registration. After processing your registration, we will send you - also by e-mail - a confirmation of registration with a binding reservation for the seminar and the invoice for the seminar fee. If the seminar for which you have registered is already fully booked, we will inform you of alternative training dates or, if desired, put you on the waiting list. Seminar places will be awarded in order of registration and on-time payment of the seminar fee (see prices and terms of payment). Shortly after the registration deadline of the seminar you have booked, i.e. usually three to not later than two weeks before the beginning of the training, you will receive a final seminar confirmation as well as the exact details of the venue by e-mail. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will receive a cancellation of the seminar instead of the seminar confirmation and we will contact you for alternative training dates or reimbursement of payments already made.

3. Prices and terms of payment All prices are exclusive of the currently valid VAT and include the services listed in the seminar description. 50% of the seminar fee is due for payment within 7 days of invoicing, the remaining amount up to 2 weeks before the seminar begins. You will receive a 3% discount on the net price for payment of the entire seminar fee within 7 days of the invoice date if you register more than 6 weeks before the seminar begins.

As a private payer (a natural person who is not entitled to deduct pre-tax) you will receive a discount of 10% on the net price. The prices are calculated without VAT if you submit a certificate of exemption from VAT or if you are a foreign entrepreneur and submit a VAT identification number for the reverse charge procedure. Installment payments are possible but require prior agreement.

4. Cancellations Cancellations must always be made in written form by email at [email protected] or [email protected]. For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the event, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Payments already made will be refunded minus the processing fee of 50 EUR. Alternatively, you can register for another seminar date, in this case you will not be charged a processing fee. In case of cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fee will be due. 50% of the payments already made will be refunded. Alternatively, you can register for another seminar date, in this case you will not be charged. In the case of cancellation between 4 weeks before the start of the event and the registration deadline, 75% of the participation fee will be due. Payments already made will be refunded at 25%. Alternatively, you can register for another seminar date, in this case you will not be charged. In the event of cancellation after the registration deadline for a seminar as stated in the seminar description, but at the latest less than 3 weeks before the start of the seminar, the full participation fee will be due. Payments already made will not be refunded. Up to one day before the start of the event, you can provide a substitute participant who meets the conditions for participation in the event. The decision on the acceptance of the replacement participant lies solely with creamundivity. Creamundivity may refuse to accept the replacement participant if there are valid reasons to do so. In case of acceptance of a suitable replacement participant, only a handling fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Previous payments will be refunded less the 50 EUR handling fee.

5. Cancellation of events If an event is cancelled for reasons that creamundivity is responsible for, such as disease of the trainer or a too small number of participants (at least 4 participants, unless

otherwise stated), you will be informed immediately. Payments already made will be fully refunded, unless you choose to participate in an alternative training date. Further claims or claims for damages due to the cancellation of an event are excluded, unless creamundivity is guilty of gross negligence or intent in the cancellation of the event. This also applies to any travel costs or accommodation already booked.

6. Event changes The events will be carried out by creamundivity in accordance with the event program published on the website www.creamundivity.com. Creamundivity reserves the right to change the location of the event or to make an appropriate change to the program schedule, provided that this is appropriate to the interests of the participants and does not fundamentally change the objective of the event.

7. Copyrights The seminar documents and materials handed out to the participants are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution or other use of the documents and materials provided is only permitted with the explicit written consent of creamundivity.

8. Liability Participation in the events of creamundivity is at your own risk. Creamundivity is liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by creamundivity or third parties commissioned by creamundivity. Any further liability is excluded. This disclaimer does not apply to personal injury. Creamundivity declares that it has an adequate liability insurance for the risks arising in open seminars.

9. Data protection In order to process your registration and ensure seminar participation, we need the name and email address of the seminar participant and all necessary information for invoicing, i.e. name, address and, if applicable, VAT identification number of the invoice recipient. If you also provide us with the telephone number of the seminar participant, this will make it easier for us to contact with the participant. However, this is not absolutely necessary. We store your data only as long as it is necessary for the handling of the respective seminar as well as for tax and legal reasons.

10. Place of jurisdiction/applicable law Place of jurisdiction is DE-Ingolstadt. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.

11. Final provisions Verbal side agreements were not made. For open trainings of creamundivity these conditions of participation apply exclusively. Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
