E - No.of terminals at an airport (does not impact price, but impacts Service!)

F - No. of. Drops

G Capacity of Vehicle

H Client rate

Cost Estimate = A * B *C * E*E*F * H * (D+1)

15 * G * D

*G/H ratio is highest for a Sedan and the least for a Motor Coach

Increasing these will have a direct bearing on the cost.

1. Shuttle Frequency (can it be increased above 15mins?)

2. Turn time (room here to improve depending on the Airport-Location distance, ideally close to 1.75 - 2 hours)

3. No. of drops

4. Shuttle window (fluctuates depending on the vehicle type). Lesser the window, need for vehicles increase and hence, higher price quote.

5. Use vehicles with lesser capacity, as G/H ratio increaser for lesser capacity (Hence ask for the VIP to Non-VIP ratio)
