Quantify your business efficiency
Count the productivity of yourself or your employees in a simple but
efficient way. You can count your sales in any currency, set objectives on
yearly, monthly or even weekly basis and track your success or failure.
Set your objectives
The first thing you should do
is to set your personal, team
or company’s goals. Open the
“Objectives” app.
Here you can see all the objectives of your company. Click the New “+”
button to create an objective.
This is the form of the objective. Fill in the fields with the appropriate
information.
Title: Give a title to your objective
Year: Select the year of the
objective
From Date – To Date: Select the
date range of the objective
Has Targets: Check this box to
split your objective in partitions.
Partitioning: Choose a
partitioning period per day, per
week, per month etc. It activated
when you check the “Has Targets”
checkbox.

Type: Define who is responsible for the objective (corporate, group or
user objective)
User group: Choose the user group responsible for the objective
User: Choose the user responsible for the objective
Direction: Choose the direction of your objective (Higher is better or
lower is better)
Target: Set the minimum, the maximum and the desired target values.
Target Comidors: Define the amount of gained Comidors in the
achievement of every target. (The term ‘Comidors’ is introduced in order to
handle all measurable units. You can imagine it as a unified unit for transactions.)
Bonus: Define bonus Comidors for the achievement of the target
Initial outcome: If your object have a specific value at the beginning, you
will set it here.
Click the “Save” button to save your objective.
This is the screen you can see after
saving your objective where you can
monitor the objective.
Click the “Targets” tab to view the analysis of your objective. Comidor
splits your target in equal divided spaces.

You can edit the target for every month and adapt it to your company’s
needs. Just click on any value in the “Target” column to edit it.
In the “Outcome” column you will set the actual value for the period of
time. E.g. Actual sales on January.
In the “Coverage” column you can see the percentage of the
achievement of the target for the period.
