Submission: If changing the toner cart doesn’t cure the fault the laser is at fault. HP do not sell the lasers and advise the laser is not removed as it is factory set. This means the m/c cannot be repaired. On HP forum a HP engineer said the laser can be removed and cleaned but advised this will take approx 3 hrs and you can’t guarantee to get the laser back in the right position.
