Entry Level Positions
Application Development Analyst
• Conducts detailed analyses of specifications, requirements, and equipment configurations for CNA systems
• Develops and prepares computer applications (codes new or existing applications and/or integrates purchased solutions)
• Prepares program test data, tests debugs programs
• Supports operations area technical staff in implementation of application into production. Acts as liaison between clients and application areas

• Assists in preparing and conducting quality assurance testing of software and systems utilizing problem-solving assistance tools
• Provides help desk support to client and IT technical staff in resolving basic QA process or procedure questions

Training Programs
• No formalized training program. We have mentors assigned to new hires once they have started, and there is project level training provided as needed.
• CNA encourages employees to stay abreast of new technology within the company by sending them to internal training sessions.
Ongoing Education
• CNA offers tuition re-imbursement for classes you take related to your role or business
• CNA will pay for certifications which are applicable to your role (MCSE, PMI, etc.)
