3.1 PSWDO staff will determine the fund type of assistance, verify the date encoded, print, accomplish and attach the systemgenerated verification slip.

3.2Then, forward the documents to other PSWDO staff for encoding in the PSWDO Management System, print the system generated intake sheet with certificate of eligibility accomplish verification slip and forward to other staff for transmittal.
