CLARA BELFIELD AND HENRY MOORE BATES traveling fellowship for
a student who has completed two or more years in the LAW SCHOOL
to travel to a foreign country to study the legal and political
institutions. The selection of a recipient by the Dean and
Faculty shall be based not only on scholarship but also on
integrity of character and capability of leadership.
