Brief: An Ordinance relative to the levy of ad valorem taxes upon the assessed value of all property, real, personal, and mixed, subject to taxation in the City of New Orleans and the levy of fees and ad valorem taxes on property located in special security and improvement taxing districts in the City of New Orleans for the year 2011 to adjust millage rates for the year 2011 and to reallocate the tax receipts for a state millage, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
