CIM-Plus Overview
• CIM-Nest : Automatic Nesting Program with unique technologies.
• CIM-NCPlus : Automatic Part and NC Programming Interactive Nesting
The above two programs can be run individually or integrated together.
CIM-Nest is differentiated by its unique algorithms and technologies for flame cutting machines.
-Pixel Based representation and adapted SAA (Simulated Annealing Algorithms)
-Pairing automatically and continuously for single parts as well as the paired during nesting
-Vector based nesting algorithms
CIM-NCPlus supports various flame cutting users’ specific requirements. It reads multiple DXF part geometry files as well as multiple parts geometry and information on a DXF file according to CAD layer set-up at once.

There are two CIM-Plus optional programs as below,

manual storage and retrieval systems

Real Shape Parts Auto-nesting Algorithm
Recognizes the real shape of sheet and part geometry by Pixel representation. SAA(Simulated Annealing Algorithm) is adapted for Pixel Based Auto-Nesting.
Pixel Based Auto Nesting
is useful to optimizes many quantity of similar parts. It pairs the similar part and grouped the paired automatically and continuously.
Vector Based Auto nesting
Auto-Nesting on Multiple sheets simultaneously
Nests automatically to locate a part on the other sheet and exchange parts to find the better nest automatically as likely as human can do. During nest, it’s simulated the nesting so that user can inspire the better nest.
Combination of Pixel and Vector based Auto-Nesting
is useful to save the material with pairing and grouping automatically in the Vector based Auto-nesting mode, and then searches the empty space and puts the smaller parts in it. User can combine two nesting modes.
