Introduction
• CPI Kenya is a peace organization that works with School Children to promote peace and reconciliation among the pastoralist communities in South Rift region and Northern Kenya.
• Officially came into operation in September 2011

a.Build friendship for peace sake and level the ground for their parents to come together for a facilitated interactions and dialogue.
a.Empower communities to sustain relationships through interactions and dialogue.

– Children visiting friends during school holidays.– Herding together (Pokot and Samburu children
herding Pokot cows together)– Parents visit each other.– Inter community religious fellowship.– Shared markets – Livestock, Buy food etc– Increase in number of children going to schools
within neighboring communities’ area.
