GV Pride goes to "My Fair Lady" | Sat 5 July @ 7.30pm

Shepparton Theatre Arts Group invites you to

book and book early for its 2014 musical, My Fair

Lady starring the ABC's popular breakfast radio

host, Matt Dowling as Professor Henry Higgins

and multi Georgy Award winner, Nicky

Pummeroy as Eliza Doolittle.

Hear the brilliant, witty, timeless score of Lerner

and Loewe with hits such as Wouldn't It Be

Loverly, On The Street Where You Live and Get Me To The Church On Time performed by the

talented cast and ensemble of more than 40 and a first class orchestra of the Goulburn Valley's finest

musicians.

Be amazed by the dazzling costumes and sets as Eliza is transformed from a gutter snipe to the fairest

lady of them all, and marvel at the hilarious, joyous romp as Alfred P Doolittle does his best to take

advantage of his daughter's sudden good fortune.

Don't miss this theatrical masterpiece, which has been hailed the greatest musical of all time.

OUTintheOPEN Festival, Greater Shepparton's newest festival

celebrating community diversity (14-16 Nov 2014)

Film Synopsis: At the height of the bullying scandal that

rocked the U.S. in 2008, a 15-year-old boy named Larry King

asked another boy to be his valentine in a suburban schoolyard

in California. The next day Larry was dead, shot in cold blood

by his 14-year-old crush Brandon McInerney. At turns

shocking, devastating, and outrageous, VALENTINE ROAD

bores deeply into the homophobia, sexism, racism, and class-struggle that inform everyday American

life—and reveals an American justice system that is utterly unprepared to deal with the realities of

teenage crime and punishment. Directed by first-time feature documentarian Marta Cunningham,

VALENTINE ROAD is an unforgettable exposé of society’s pervasive and deadly intolerance of

young people who don’t conform to its gender “norms.” World premiered at Sundance 2013, this film

will both break your heart and fire you up into action. View trailer @
