Goal #3 - By June 2011, Twin Rivers Unified School District will improve proficiency by annually meeting proficiency targets as measured by the California Standards Test. Twin Rivers Unified School District will make significant progress toward eliminating existing achievement gaps pre-K – adult.
By 2011, Twin Rivers Unified School District will increase the percentage of African-American, Latino-American, Southeast Asian-American, and students living in poverty scoring proficient or above in all tested areas on STAR, each year, by a measurable percent, until they exceed the county rates
