Using the Internet for Assessments
Using Online Assessments
Assessment found on-line can be used as both self-assessments/practice for students and graded assessments.
For self-assessments/practice, send your students to the site and let them work away.
For graded assessments, a little bit more work is required.
Either way, using online assessments allows your students to express their knowledge through a variety of formats.
Graded Assessments
Have your students complete the online assessment and save their work. To save work have
students tab the Print Screen key on the keyboard.
Students can then paste a picture of their work into a word document with their name on it.
Have students save their documents into the Hand In folder on the network. It is helpful if you make a subfolder with your name on it ahead of time.
