WHY BREATHE?

Three actions to get you started:
Slow your breathing down 5-6 seconds in and 5-6 seconds out
Practice this, especially when you feel stressed
Fill your belly up with air, not your chest
WHY WATER?
Three actions to get you started:
Build your water intake up slowly and aim for 2-3 litres per day
Carry a water bottle with you and have one on your desk
Give yourself non-negotiable milestone markers for drinking. Eg. A glass before breakfast etc.
WHY REST?

Establish a weekday pattern. Retire and rise at the same set time.
Turn off devices 30 mins before retiringCorrect a late night with a full 8 hours the
following night
WHY SUNSHINE?
