Throughout the history sex has led to the unwanted or wanted pregnancies,

which can be aborted and controlled by the medical procedures. While legal or

illegal abortion remains an issue as it can have severe effects. Legal abortion are

allowed and encourage in some places while restricted in others. This study

including good and bad effect of abortion lead to the conclusion that unwanted

pregnancies should be aborted. But firstly the views and pros and cons of

abortion discussed then we’ll find out the one result, which might be a wise view

for the issue.

Firstly comes the philosophical, moral, medical and psychological aspect if

abortion should be restricted. It is being discussed and researched, as the life

signs being displayed by fetus during pregnancy, so life does not begin until live

birth, although medically it is disproved.Because each cell in a body is living and

skin cell also die and live in that manner. There are certain laws upheld by court

that encourages the ban of abortion which incudes “Missouri Law” that banned

abortion in public hospitals. Moreover in 2000 “Nebraska law” restricted partial

birth abortion having worst moral effect on mankind. Hence it is a form of

homicide, which should be banned. It is believe that Abortion is also a sin against

God who creates life at moment of conception. Sin for killing innocent human life.

But some say the abortion a ‘justifiable homicide’. This clear at the meeting of

American Political Science Association , defending prochoice and pro life view for

abortion. It was believed that God creates new life in his likeness and denying a

life in fetal stages of development is against his laws. So that meeting concluded

that pro life position is superior to pro choice if considered honestly

dispassionate, support it.

There come many reasons for abortion during that study, which includes early

pregnancy and illegal abortion during womenhood. It might be choice of women

who are selfish and irresponsible, thirdly who find of feeding another life

difficult or a success yuppie to get rid of baby. There are also cases where family

not allows a baby. So in those cases abortion should not be restricted as late

abortion lead to death, early abortion should far safe and legal. Abortion is then

transformed from public into private issue. Like Theologian Magiure thinks that

women can think morally about pregnancy. Certain countries allow abortion

legally, like Republic China people which practice-forced abortion, but it is

banned in Italy and Germany and illegal in South Africa and Chile. Article of

So pregnancy should not be restricted as we must be realistic about the facts of

increasing population, hunger and problems created by over population. It is not

necessary that human being do sex because they want babies, if somehow the

sex lead to pregnancy then it should be removed and aborted before delivering

and before causing danger to the women .It should be a moral and personal

choice of a couple as abortion is not a sin against God. In fact it is better a wise

decision of early abortion. The trauma and effect of undesirable birth is

undeniable than a early abortion. This will lead to a positive role of individual

over a society by not giving unwanted child to a society.
